"I was with my prior agent for yeas as I have been a State Farm customer for over 2 decades. My prior agent and staff were great . My file is now with this new agent, whom office I had not had contact with until yesterday. Which I view as a good thing lol.. particularly with the nature of their business. However I needed a policy question answered and called the office. I spoke with an office rep name Gerardo, he was welcoming and knowledgeable in his responses. I had to gather additional info to call back and luckily got him again. Just as previously great energy and even provided additional info about other insurance opportunities I might want to consider.
